Invalid page fault in module MSVCRT.DLL

I moved from AOL after 9 years and went to Road Runner high speed broadband. But now whenever I click on the Internet Explorer icon to go to the Road Runner home page for my internet I get the beep and the error message "Explorer caused an invalid page fault in Module MSVCRT.DLL at 0167: 78015ca

Please help. It is about to drive me crazy
