invalid page fault error in OLE32

I would like to know what the error message
details "Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module
OLE32 at 017f:65f32980" means and possibly how to correct
the problem. It appears right when my computer loads.

Run MSCONFIG and under the Startup tab. What is started and are not aware
of.
