Hi,
For some reason the number of unread messages displayed next to the Inbox
remains at "(4)" after I emptied it. The same number keep on being
displayed even after Outlook has been shutdown and restarted or the
workstation has been restarted (warm or cold boot). The Exchange server has
also been restarted leaving me with the same number still being displayed.
Does someone knows how to actually reset this number... that is obviously
out of synch.
BTW, I also have the same problem with the "Deleted Items" folder which
keeps on displaying "(9)" as the number of unread messages after being
emptied.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Claude
