Hello! I was hoping to get feedback/suggestions for a problem I am having. I
am a technician working at a Canadian Staples outlet and every single copy of
WinXP Pro Upgrade that we have here will not accept the CD Key included on
the package! There are no characters that are easily confused for others in
two cases and with the other 3 keys I have tried all the possible
combinations. I know I can RMA these products back to MS Canada, but is there
a phone number I can call for help with this problem? I need to perform an
upgrade for a customer who is on a tight schedule! Any help or suggestions
would be appreciated!
