Invalid Argument.

Hi!
I am trying to import a fixed-width text file into Access.
I am getting "Invalid Argument" when I try to import it.
what is causing this error and how can I correct it so
that I get my data in an Access table?
Please help.Thanks in advance.

Lay out some sample data and explain what it means and where it goes.

Be sure each line ends with a CRLF.
