INVALID ARGUMENT

I BUILT A DATABASE THAT IS UP TO 2 GIG'S NOW EVERY TIME I
TRY TO ENTER A NEW ITEM I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE INVALID
ARGUEMENT. i HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO FIX THIS OR WHY IT
HAPPENS SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
 
Hello.

The size limit of an access database is 2GB. The error
could be related to this.

You've reached the maximum size of an Access 2000/2002 database. Can
you compact the database using Tools -> Database Utilities -> Compact
and Repair Database... ?
