I've been right click arrange icons by~>show in groups
but it still not working. I suppose the system dll was
lost ,isn't ? So how can i do ?

Double click My Computer on the Desktop, go to View: Details. Arrange
Icons by: Name and Show in Groups.

If this isn't what you are seeing after doing so, send me a screen shot via
email.
