Internwt Explorer - Can't resize the max. view

When I bring up Explorer it opens with a window size of
about 90% of the screen, however I have found no way to
resize the window. It doesn't allow me to clip the sides
or the top of the window to resize and the bottom part of
the window is below the screen view. The problem only
manifested itself today, all other aplications are not
affected. I have gone through the properites and the
opening condition is set up for "normal window", the same
as for all other applications.

Any ideas ?
 
Found it - issue closed.

Had to remove these registry key values which are were
corrupted: (no idea how this happened ?)

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\Main\window_place
ment

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\internetexplorer\Desktop\Explorer\
desktop\oldWorkAreas\OldWorkAreaRects
