when i go on to internet a pop up comes on saying cannot find file ///c:/bns/new/b-505900.htm and it keeps coming on after about five minutes and i have not a clue how to solve this problem cause if i do not find fault it will just keep popping up every so often can you help with this?
 
Hi Brian, I would begin by checking for spyware etc
