internet zone buttons

dear sir
i cannot get my internet zone buttons to work, i do not have the learning cd
and when i open printers in the control panel, i do not get an easy access
button. what can i do?
 
Internet Zone Button / software is not a standard component, but a 3rd party
software provided with branded systems such as Compaq / HP / Dell etc. You
need to reinstall the Easy access keyboard utility.
