Internet VS Proxy (ISA Server)

Where can I disable, in the Group Policies, the access to the internet that
doesn't go through the proxy because users on our network bypasses the proxy
using others browsers like Opera, Mozilla,...

Thanks !

Not an answer to your question, but is the use of these other browsers
allowed in your organization?

LeDoc, the only way to force users to use the proxy is to configure Your
firewall to allow outside trafic for the Web or other resources on the
Internet only form the IP address of the proxy servers. IF You do that,
even if users will use browser other then IE they will have to configure
Your proxy in it.

And if it is not allowed to use any other browser try to do some work
with Your executives to enforce users to not use any other browser.
