internet troubleshoot

i can get on any web site ecpt 4 1 called face-pic.com i have ust this site
4 about 2 years and then the other day when i tried going on it ot wouldt
load up.i can get on 2 from any other computer ecpt mine.i check all my
internet setting and they all fine and i duno why just this 1 site wont cum
up on my computer
 
try going to internet options and delete cookies and temporary internet files

then attempt to go to that site
