I use the atomic clock at the U.S. Naval Observatory.
tick.usno.navy.mil is what I typically use. Their other clocks:
tock.usno.navy.mil
tick.falcon.navy.mil
tock.falcon.navy.mil

Perhaps I am doing something wrong - tried these and I get the message that
"the peer is unreachable"

http://nist.time.gov/
It's an official time accurate to within 0.2 seconds.
