I know that Windows 98 SE and XP both have Internet
Connection Sharing that you can enable. I have a dialup
connection via a router wireless for a local area
network. Do I enable ICS on both machines? I've read
articles about ICS, but nothing explains wheather or not
to enable ICS on both machines.

ICS is installed and configured only on the computer connected to the
Internet. On the second computer, configure tcp/ip to get ip address
automatically.

I'm assuming that your router is also acting as a hub/switch for your
network. If so then you don't need ICS enabling on either machine. If not
then just ignore me.
You only need ICS if you have a main PC that's directly connected to the
modem and the remainder of the network needs to connect to the internet via
this PC.
If I'm correct then you should only need to set up your internet connections
so that both pcs are "connect using a broadband connection that is always
on". I assume "you" configure the router/modem (via a web browser) regarding
the dialup connection settings.
