in internet properties(control panel+ net. & int.conn.+
set & change your int.connextion )when accessing
file/byte General the area that displays My home page IS
FROZEN= not accessible ( because not active )=HOW could i
active it , so that i could change My Home Page ALSO i
tried to access it by toolbar = tool + options...,but
when click on options.. i GET a restriction "dialog box"
why and how could i access "options.." to change My Home

IN microsoft ie6 you can change home page by: 1. Go to the page you
want to appear when you start Internet Explorer. 2. On the Tools menu,
click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab. 4.Under Home page, click Use Current.

IN netscape go to preferences and chose the navigator area. and you
can change the home page by typing in "http:// whatever" Since you
don't tell us what system you use those are the ones I know. Hope to
be of assistance

Home,MY PROBLEMS is that the general tab. (your #3 & # 4)
is FROZEN = NOT ACTIVE so that why i can't change my
home page (by doing your #4) and in using tool +
options...when i click on options.. i get a
restriction "dialog box" HOW could i "unfreeze / activate
in general the"home page "box thk
