I Am Connected To The Internet Through Road Runner Service With A Us
Cable And Sometimes When We Are Already Connected And Working On Th
Internet When We Try To Switch To A Different Website It Will Tell U
That We Need To Connect To The Internet Do You Wish To Work Offline D

Did you ever have dialup/dsl?
if so, go to tools> internet options> connections tab
since this is cable, you should not have any connections
in the list of connections.
if you have an old connection in there, click to
highlight it, hit remove, yes to any popups, apply, OK
