internet pop-up error

Everytime that I get on the internet I get this popup that says, "send error
report or don't send" whatever one I push it completely logs me off of the
internet and what I was doing and then another pop-up comes up that says
"crash analysis." this cannot be good at and I am in desperate need with
some help. I am in college and I need my internet regularly. Please
help!!!!!

Unfortunately, you haven't given us enough information to get a specific
answer. We don't even know how you get to the Internet, what service
pack level you are, or any details about your machine. In
troubleshooting Internet problems, the first step is always to
determine if the computer is 100% virus and malware-free. What does a
scan with a current version (not earlier than 2004) antivirus using
updated definitions show? You should do the scan in Safe Mode. In
addition to the antivirus scan, you should scan with non-viral removal
tools such as Ad-aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. You can get both
those free programs from www.majorgeeks.com. Install the programs,
update them, and then do complete scans in Safe Mode.
