Internet performance check

Just wanted to ask if there is an internet performance tool that
checks the performance from a computer to a site and tells where the
bottlenecks are. I downloaded SurfSpeed from PC Magazine and am going
to try that, but I wondered what other people are using.
 
I like PC Pit Stop for that type of thing...
