Recently one of my favorite local websites failed to re-register their domain
name and when I would type in their website a page "domain expired" would
come up. I know the website renewed their domain name and when I type in
their website address I still get this "expired domain page". I've dumped by
temp file, history, on and off line pages, etc and under settings I even
tried clicking "never" and "every visit to the page" in an attempt to load
the website page but nothing works...I tried the web address on a friends
computer and it loaded correctly..Help please..charlie

Hi,
You've cleared Temporary Internet Files, right?

You may have to delete the TIF folder, see:
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/delcache.htm

Have you done a complete shutdown for about 5 minutes- computer, router,
modem, etc so that you get a new connection to the ISP and their Domain Name
Server? (Some people never do a complete shutdown.)

If running Windows XP, try this command from Start> Run
ipconfig /flushdns [Enter or OK]

Hope this helps,

You might have a DNS caching program active.
A plugin for the Outpost firewall for example or something similar.
Check also if this site is on your hosts file and remove it.
