I am logged in as an administrator yet i cannot access my
internet options through internet explorer. If i try I
get this message, "This operation has been cancelled due
to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please
contact your system administrator." The same thing
happens if I try to use the command prompt. I shouldnt
have any restrictions if im logged on as an administrator
should I?
