Internet Options/Properties

I used to go into internet options and have several tabs
including General, etc.. Now I only have four tabs and
some are no longer available to me? What has happened and
how to get them -all the tabs back in the Internet
Options?

Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and click on
Item No. 268 (Restore All Tabs under Internet Explorer).

NOTE: If your anti-virus software warns you of a "malicious" script,
this is normal if you have "Script Safe" or similar technology enabled.
These scripts are not malicious, but they do make changes to the System
Registry.

It seems that your system administrator has placed a

Group Policy on your computer or to user accounts. User
accounts don't have the ability to go into Administive
tools and open up the GPO. You will need the help of the
Administrator to help you.
