Internet Options-General Tab

Stumped

My system ,no longer shows the "general" tab through
tools/internet options. The "general" tab is usually found
through the "tools' and selecting "Internet Options". This
is where you should be able to set you start page, view
temp files, objects and clear history.

Help!?
