When an "other than administrator" party attempts to logon (dial up) we get
error message: "A problem with the database has been detected. Details of
the problem have been logged. Automatic error recovery will be attempted the
next time you run this problem".
Administrator logon works fine. Using administrator logon and
nonadministrator name & password also works with the ISP server.Went thru
trouble shooting with ISP help folks and eliminated problem on their end.
This seems to be a Windows XP issue as the error msg pops up as soon as we
double-click the desk top icon.
BTW, restore didn't help.

Can anyone please help!!!

Are you using a third party dialer, or a regular PPP connection in Windows?
