Internet HOSTS File Change??

For the first time, my WinPatrol program aleted me to a
possible change (if I clicked "yes")in my internet HOSTS
file upon startup. Does anyone know why this occurred,
and if this "change" represents anything serious going on?

This happens to me as well,It might be a bug in winpatrol

Do you have something in your hosts file that you don't
think should be there?
