I use Windows XP and Norton SystemWorks 2003. I seem to have 3 files/28.00KB stuck in my Internet History. I have no idea where these files are or to find out What the files are. I have tried turning off SafetySweep...no luck. I've tried Uninstalling Norton and then Reinstalling Norton....no luck. Iv'e even tried going to Tech24.....they were no help. They could'nt figure it out either. I am at my wits end here. They ( Tech24 ) had said that the only way the files could be removed was by Uninstalling CleanSweep in SafeMode. But, Cleansweep is not listed by its self. I don't know what to do. Can anyone Please...please..pretty please help me
