Internet from 2000pro to win xp home

I have a system(A) with Windows 2000 Professional with setallite Internet
connection on it,
I want to share internet through system(B) with Windows XP SP2.

I made a workgroup and local IP address with this it accessing internet but
I could not use MSN Messanger and Paltalk.
 
Windows 2000 Professional has only one way to do so -- use ICS. To
achieve more granular control and features you will probably need some
3rd party tools like Kerio WinRote
