About a month ago my internet when loading webpages and downloading from the
web would freeze halfway through the process of either one. Web pages loaded
halfway, and downloads would freeze after a couple of seconds and then time
out. I have tried multiple network cards, re-formating, and multiple browsers
(i.e, mozilla, firefox) to no avail.
I also installed Fedora Core to see if the problem was hardware related, but
Fedora Core works fine with no freezing. I also have rebuilt the Ip/TCP stack
in hopes that would work but it did nothing.
The strange thing is that when my downloads stop working I can still be
transfering a file to another computer in the local network without a
problem.
If anyone has any insight that would be appreciated
