Running Windows ME.Can't open Explorer-My Computer-My
Documents,Control panel.Error Message comes up. "Explorer
has caused an error in VX2.DLL.Explorer will now
close".Please help!Thanks!

Try going to "accessories" then "system tools"
Click to expand...
then "restore". Pick a date prior to the problem, and
restore to that date. This has worked for me in the past.
 
System Restore has been turned off.Turn it back on I have
to open the System properties in Control
Panel.Unfortunately after clicking on Control Panel
original error comes up.Thanks
