internet explorer

Here recently my computer has been popping up with a
warning about the internet explorer and asking me if I
want to send a report about the problem and have. This
hasn't happened in the past that much but now it happens
close to 10 times a day when I get online. I've run the
virus scan and it shows nothing is infected so don't know
why this sign keeps popping up. Hope that you can help so
I don't have to keep sending the reports all the time and
nothing being done about it? Is the internet explorer
corrupted?
