Hi,
It doesn't do this by design, so there had to have been some system change
that incurred it. Normally, any user can open IE without any prompt, so I
would think that perhaps a plugin/add-on you picked up is trying to access
system files, thus prompting for permissions. Not a good thing. From IE, go
to tools/Internet Options/Programs and click the button to manage add-ons.
Start disabling them a few at a time, restarting IE in between until it
doesn't prompt for permission. Once that happens, you know it is one of the
ones you just disabled.
