i have get activated windows xp again because of my problem everytime i
activate windows when i click links they now won't load help!!!!???

Your post is lacking in relevant information. I suggest you repost your
question to an internet explorer newsgroup. In that post say what version
of IE, and what exactly happens or doesn't happen when you do specific
steps. Give detailed information to help others help you including the
verbatim text of any error messages.
