Dumb question however whenever I double click on the internet explorer logo
it won't open in another window but replaces in the window I am looking at.
For example I am looking at something in Ebay and want to keep it open while
I open another window to look at something else but when I double click on
the logo it replaces Ebay keeping only one window open at any time. How do I
change these settings? Thanks

Internet Options, Advanced tab, under "Browsing", deselect "Reuse
windows for launching shortcuts".
