I have 2 desktops and 1 laptop in a home wireless network, all running XP,
and newly updated to IE7.0. My hardwired desktop accesses
www.healthypeople.gov easily, but both my laptop and wireless desktop cannot
display the website. I have tried to rename the'HOSTS' files but that does
not help. I connect via dial-up and laptop direct to cable modem and still
no success. I need ideas and help for how to correct this problem. Other
websites are accessed just fine so far by all 3 pcs.

Try going to tools, then internet options, security, trusted sites, add the
address you want to go to then go back to general, browsing and delete
history. Close internet explorer then reopen and try address, this is what I
did to get into some sites that I need to go to. The added security of 7
causes this, but once you tell the computer its a trusted site it should
solve the problem, also might have to go to popup blocker to allow popups
from the site
