Whenever I try to click on a link in m e-mail to go to an Internet site, it
gives me a failure message. Are my settings wrong?

A short question like that begs the short answer yes.



A couple of things- give some detail if you want help- you haven't even
given the version of your program, whether it had ever worked, if it changed
what happened around that time- updates etc? Have you checked for viruses
and spyware with software using up to date definitions.......

And there are newsgroups for Outlook Express- this is for the operating
system- you'll be more likely to get better help in the relevant groups. But
give them some information so they have a chance of helping.
