I am using Window XP Home eidition. Recently the internet
explorer in all the assigned limited accounts could not
be opened. The web page would just appear for a second
and its back to desk top page.
Please help.

This can likely be corrected by performing a System File Check.
Go to Start > Run and type: CMD , and hit enter. In the
resulting Command Prompt window type: SFC /SCANNOW
and hit enter. Have your Windows XP CD handy as you'll
be prompted to insert it in the CD Drive.
