Internet Explorer won't run now on User Accounts

Any ideas? Recently my 3 sub user accounts became unable
to access internet explorer. Every time they try to open
the program it crashes and they get an error message
saying the program has problems and could not open. The
main account that I use as the administrator has no
trouble at all. All the outlook express accounts work on
each user account. It is almost as if there is some
where in the system that decided to deny access to
internet explorer.

All thoughts welcomed.

You might want to check for spyware first - some of these
can disable IE. To start with,go to
start/settings/control panel/internet options/advanced tab
Look for the setting that says "enable 3rd party
browsers" and remove the tick. Then see if this will
allow you to open IE. If it does, spyware is your
problem. Download spybot or adaware (if you don't already
have them, then install and update them before running
them. Once you have cleared the offending program, you
can re-enable the 3rd party browser setting.
