Internet Explorer sript error

Iam running xp and with blueyonder my internet explorer
will not print it comes up with
line 93
char 1
error Access Denied
code 0
URL res://c:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dill preview.dlg
can you help I can print from msn but not blueyonder any
one out thier got the same problem
