Internet Explorer & Spywareblaster

I pull down my URL list to go to another web site I frequent. It's not
there. I have never had this problem until I downloaded and installed
Spywareblaster yesterday. Does Spywareblaster remove what's in the URL
dropdown window after a certain period of time? This is a mystery why
something like this would all of a sudden start happening after installing a
program.........comments? I could uninstall it and see if this is what's
happening........Think I will.
