Internet Explorer Side Search

ShopNav from DRSN Search has captured my side search in
Internet Explorer and disabled the customize function so
that I am unable to get rid of it. I have tried
reloading and that did not help. Can anyone tell me how I
go about getting rid of this?

www.download.com get ad-aware from there,check for
updates,run it,remove the spyware.that should take care
of your problem.
