Internet Explorer Search Windows appears by itself

I am using IE6 SP2 and when going to websites the Search functionality of IE
keeps appearing on the side of my webpages. To get rid of it I simply hit
the "X" in the corner of the screen so I can have the full view of my browser
but once I go to another website I comes back. This is very annoying and
I've had this problem for quite some time. I've ran Adware 6SE and spybot
but neither has resolved this issue. Please help!
