I have Windows XP and connect to the internet through SBC Yahoo DSL. I am consistentently getting "Internet Explorer Script errors" that state an error has occurred in the scropt on this page and then gives alpha-numerical data after "line", "char", "error", "code" & "url" It asks if I wish to continue and I clickand "ybrowser.exe" errors and don't know how to fix them. After uninstalling, installing and checking all of my connections 2 times, SBC Yahoo says the problem is with Microsoft, particularly Windows XP, not with them.

From the Microsoft help page, I tried a fix recommended which was to got to "start", "run" and type "Regsvr urlmon.dll. I did this and it did not fix the problem.

Can anyone please tell me why this continues to happen and what I can do to fix it? It is really annoying and happening on every page at some sites.

I sincerely appreciate any help. Thank you!

Feel free to contact me via email if you have to!!!!

If you have already disabled the "Show All Script Errors" option in
Internet Properties>Advanced (from the Control Panel applet), then the
problem may be caused by spyware. Remove spyware with Spybot Search &
Destroy from www.security.kolla.de and Ad-aware from
www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure to update these programs before running
them. It is best to run antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe
Mode. When you are sure your computer is clean, if the problem persist
please repost. Be sure to tell us what you've already done to
troubleshoot.
