Internet Explorer - Run Time Error/Object or URL not defined

I am receiving the following when accessing some
websites - cannot determine the pattern. Started
occuring around January 7. Happens intermittenly. Any
assistance would be appreciated..

"Runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to debug?

Error: 'flashObj is undefined'" or

the error might be
"Error: OAS_url is undefined."
