Is possible (and how) to setup Internet explorer to make the "Full screen"
mode the default view? It's annoying to press F11 every time a new Internet
explorer window is opened to go to "Full screen" mode.

Drag the edges of the new window to 'nearly full screen' (=don't= hit
the maximize button), and the close it with 'file exit' (don't use the X
at the top right). New windows should now open t whatever size you
dragged it to.
 
It seems I didn't explain well my problem. My question doesn't refer to
Internet explorer window size, but to a "Full screen" view. This Full screen
view can be enabled by clicking on View then selecting "Full screen" from
the drop down menu or simply by pressing F11. In this Full screen view some
elements on the toolbar aren't present (Adress, links). The problem is that
every time I open a link in a new IE window (right click on link and
selecting "Open in New Window or shift+click on a link), this new window
opens with complete toolbar and not in the Full screen view. I have to
enable the Full screen view on every new opened window. Is there a way to
make the "Full screen" view the default view under Internet explorer.

I sure don't know how to do what you want but you may want to try posting to
microsoft.public.internetexplorer.
