internet explorer problems

Gordon

Stepson has been searching porn sites on computer and now
explorer is corrupted. Prize pop up appears after
explorer startup and will not go away. Control alt delete
gives program not responding and explorer shuts down.
Cleared internet history reappears on startup. My
earthlink account works, as well as MSN, but anything in
explorer ends up at porn site. Sites have attached
themselves to favorite site without prompting and will not
go away. Driving me crazy, please help.

The first thing to do is to scan your system for the possibility of
unknown\unwanted spyware or parasites that may be causing your problem(s).

check your add/remove programs list, dialup connections
list and extra icons on desktop. Sometimes those pesky
sites download a direct dialup connection or link staight
to there sites. Find them and delete them.
