Internet Explorer Pop ups

Hi. How do you stop pop ups from Microsoft Internet
Explorer while surfing the web.It's not the window
Messenger pop ups. This is unwanted advertising that
keeps coming on over and over.

I downloaded pop up washer from http://www.webroot.com
and this has been great. The download is free (and it
doesn't say it is just a trial)

The Google Toolbar has a popup blocker included. Get it at Google.

I've had good luck with ToolbarX. It's free, blocks popups and
annoying animations. Check it out:

www.toolbarx.com
