I'm using WXP Pro and everytime I open IE, it opens in
kiosk mode, and covers the whole screen.

This only happens on my user login, all other logins open
Internet Explorer as normal.

Can someone tell me how to change IE for my login?

The only way I can do it is by holding down the Alt key
and hit F4. Hope it works for you.

Try pressing the F11 key. There isn't any 'View' menu when you're
fullscreen, and Alt+F4 is a shortcut to close the window. Unless I'm
totally misreading something...

You didn't mis-read, you're just not aware of the options of full screen
mode. There is a view menu when in full screen mode, if you enable it. Full
screen mode can be setup different depending on what you want/need. To show
the file, edit, view, favs, tools, help menu bar, just right click on the
top of the full screen window and choose, menu bar.

Thanks! I see it has an auto-hide too. Pretty nifty. Probably better not
to assume someone had the menu enabled, though, if they didn't know how to
get out of fullscreen. I usually use the toolbar 'fullscreen icon', but
not everyone has that up either. I've known of people to get in by
accidentally pressing F11, and then be baffled as to how to 'put it back'.
Anyway, thanks again.
