My computer seems to have been taken over by a website
http://t.rack.cc/sp.php which changes my home page and my search engines.
It makes these changes extensively throughout the registry. I have had this
problem for some time. It has previously sent me to cool-homepage and cool
search. I have tried to disinfect using spy-bot but to no avail. Does
anyone know what to do? Can I call the police for invasion or something? Is
it possible to uninstall Internet Explorer and try again? Any help
appreciated. Bill
