I am getting this messages more and more often on a new
machine (1 month old). I have seen the support
recommendation for locating one or more of the listed $Q@
(&*&#@($#.dll files and contacting the vendor for their
fix but a search of thins machine does not locate any of
these files. I can sometime work around it but not
always and it is becoming an issue. It would not let me
on MSN Money the other day.

Thanks for your suggestions,

Hi Bill,

Please post the DLL name(s). Most of the Internet Explorer crashes are caused by poorly coded add-ons / spyware modules. Run a thorough malware cleanup as adviced in this page:

http://aumha.org/a/quickfix.php

Temporarily disable third-party add-ons to restore Internet Explorer functionality. But this does not solve the real problem, only a workaround:

1. Click Start, Run, type Control Inetcpl.cpl.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Under Browsing, Uncheck Enable third-party browser extensions (requires restart).
4. Restart Internet Explorer.
