Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. (mshtml.dll)

Hi

Am getting this error message on IE - "Internet Explorer
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience."

IE is running on Windows XP-SP2. IE version is -
6.0.2800.1106 and the mshtml.dll (version 6.0.2800.1170 -
offset 000f9cf5).

Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
