I keep getting error messages stating that " Internet
Explorer has caused an error & has to shut down" We are
sorry for any inconvienance. Would you like to send in
this error report to Microsoft.
I always say yes & send the report in & they keep
sending me back a solution to what is causing the problem.
Unfortunately their solution is always wrong. They keep
telling me that there is a program running in the
background called " I GETNET " which is supposed to be
somekind of browser helper. At any rate it sends me to a
web site called "PEST CONTROL" & they tell you how to get
rid of this I GETNET program manually, or pay $29. or $39.
to have their Pest Control Program do it for you
automatically, Unfortunately when I go into the folders
that they say contain all of these files & such I'm
supposed to delete, there isn't one file in any of the
places they tell me to go that has anything to do with "I
GETNET". So naturally, there must be something else
causing the Internet Explorer crash.
Can anyone help ?
Sincerely Bill H
